– 2-4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust according to your sweetness preference)
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

1. **Prepare the Frozen Pineapple:** Cut fresh pineapple into chunks and freeze them until solid, preferably overnight. Alternatively, you can use store-bought frozen pineapple chunks.

2. **Blend Ingredients:** In a blender or food processor, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
