Pizza chips

Pizza chips are a delicious and fun snack to make!


  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings of your choice (such as pepperoni slices, diced bell peppers, sliced olives, etc.)
  • Olive oil, for brushing
  • Optional: Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes


  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the tortillas: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut each tortilla into 8 wedges, similar to cutting a pizza.
  3. Spread the sauce: Take each tortilla wedge and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on one side. Leave a little space around the edges to prevent the sauce from dripping when baking.
  4. Add cheese and toppings: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce-covered side of each tortilla wedge. Add your desired toppings on top of the cheese. Be creative and customize each wedge with different toppings if you like.
  5. Season (optional): If desired, sprinkle some Italian seasoning, garlic powder, or red pepper flakes over the toppings for extra flavor.

  1. Arrange on baking sheets: Place the prepared tortilla wedges on baking sheets lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
  2. Bake: Transfer the baking sheets to the preheated oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the tortillas are crispy and golden brown.
  3. Serve: Once done, remove the pizza chips from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve them warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping, if desired.
