Cabbage and Minced Meat

Ingredients:
– 1 small cabbage, shredded
– 300g minced meat (beef, pork, or chicken)
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/2 cup water or broth
– Optional: 1 tbsp tomato paste or diced tomatoes for extra flavor

Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.
2. Add the minced meat, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned.
3. Season the meat with paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Stir in the cabbage and mix everything well. Cook for 5 minutes until it begins to soften.
5. Add water or broth, cover, and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
6. Optional: Stir in tomato paste or diced tomatoes for a richer flavor, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot with rice, bread, or potatoes.
