– 6 boneless pork chops
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 5 russet potatoes, thinly sliced
– 1 packet French onion soup mix
– 1 can cream of onion condensed soup
– ½ cup whole milk
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prep & Sear
– Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
– Brown pork chops on both sides.
2. Oven Setup
– Preheat oven to 350°F.
– Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
3. Layer
– Place potato slices in the bottom of the dish.
– Place browned pork chops on top.
4. Mix & Pour
– In a bowl, mix milk, French onion soup mix, and cream of onion soup.
– Pour evenly over the pork chops and potatoes.

– Bake for 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
