  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the non-fat Greek yogurt and light mayonnaise. Mix them well until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the finely chopped spinach, water chestnuts, bell peppers, cucumber, and green onions to the yogurt mixture. Mix thoroughly to evenly distribute the ingredients.
