Garlic Butter Shrimp

Garlic Butter Shrimp

I understand that you’re looking for a recipe that’s better than any other recipe. However, taste is subjective, and what one person considers the best might not be the same for someone else. Nevertheless, I can share a delicious and versatile recipe that many people enjoy: Garlic Butter Shrimp.

Ingredients:

1 pound (420g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt and black pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

In a large skillet or frying pan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the melted butter and sauté for about 3-4 minutes, until the garlic becomes fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the skillet, spreading them out in an even layer. Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side, until they turn pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook them, as they can become tough.

Once the shrimp are cooked, remove them from the skillet and set them aside.

In the same skillet, melt the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter. Add the fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley. Cook for about a minute, stirring constantly.

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter sauce until they are evenly coated. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Remove the skillet from the heat.

Serve the Garlic Butter Shrimp immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

You can enjoy this delicious shrimp dish as is or serve it over cooked pasta, rice, or a bed of fresh greens. It’s quick, easy, and bursting with flavor!

The picture looks like some type of toffee squares. Yet the recipe is for a shrimp dish. Sure would be nice to have the recipe that is for the picture.
