Sometimes the simplest recipes turn out to be the most delicious—and these 3-Ingredient Honey Garlic Meatballs are proof! Sweet, savory, and tender, they’re perfect for game day, parties, or a cozy dinner at home.
I remember making these for the first time when I had little time but wanted something comforting for the family. I was amazed that just three ingredients could create such a flavorful dish. By the time the slow cooker was done, the whole house smelled amazing, and everyone couldn’t wait to dig in.
Ingredients:
1 bag (about 24 oz) frozen meatballs
1 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
Instructions:
Place frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, mix honey and soy sauce until well combined.
Pour the honey-soy mixture over the meatballs and stir to coat evenly.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, until meatballs are heated through and sauce is thickened.
Serve warm as an appetizer, over rice, or with noodles.
Note:
For extra flavor, garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions before serving. Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat beautifully.
These meatballs are a game-changer for easy entertaining or a no-fuss weeknight dinner!
