Ingredients (Only 4!)
1 pound ground sausage (mild or spicy)
16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
1 cup cream cheese (softened)
Instructions
Brown the sausage
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess grease.Add everything to the slow cooker
Place cooked sausage, Velveeta cubes, Rotel (with juices), and cream cheese into the slow cooker.Cook until melted and creamy
Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally until smooth.Serve warm
Keep on the WARM setting for serving.
