There’s something so comforting about a warm, sweet berry cobbler bubbling away — especially when it tastes like you spent hours baking, but it actually took just minutes to throw together.
This slow cooker berry cobbler is one of those desserts that feels almost magical. It’s perfect for busy days when you want something homemade but don’t want the hassle of measuring a dozen ingredients or turning on the oven.
The best part? You can make it with frozen berries, so it works any time of year — whether it’s the middle of summer or a chilly winter night when you need a little taste of sunshine.
With only three simple ingredients, your slow cooker creates a rich, juicy berry filling with a soft cake-like topping that’s absolutely irresistible. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and you’ve got the easiest comfort dessert ever.

4 cups frozen mixed berries (or blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
