Ingredients (4 Only)

  • 4–6 bone-in chicken thighs or drumsticks

  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup

  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in the slow cooker.

  2. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, onion soup mix, and broth.

  3. Pour mixture over chicken.

  4. Cover and cook:

    • LOW: 6–7 hours

    • HIGH: 3–4 hours

  5. Serve hot with mashed potatoes, noodles, or stuffing.

Notes

  • For thicker gravy, remove lid for the last 30 minutes on HIGH.

  • Add carrots or potatoes if you want a full one-pot meal.
