Some days you just need a comfort dish that comes together with almost no effort. This cheesy potato casserole was one of those recipes that started on a busy evening when the fridge was nearly empty—but the oven was on and everyone was hungry. Three simple ingredients, one baking dish, and suddenly the house smelled like pure comfort. It’s creamy, cheesy, and the kind of side dish everyone goes back for seconds of.
Ingredients:
1 bag (32 oz) frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix hash browns, cheese, and soup until well combined.
Spread into a greased baking dish.
Bake 40–45 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Optional Note :
👉 Add cooked bacon or onions if you want extra flavor!
