  • 2 large ripe peaches (or 4 small peaches)
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup of water
  • Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream (optional, for serving)


  • Preheat your oven to the temperature indicated on the crescent roll dough package.
  • Wash the peaches thoroughly and cut them into halves, removing the pits. If using small peaches, you can leave them whole.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles according to the instructions on the package.
