Beef Garlic Bread Bites

Some nights you want a meal that’s more fun than fancy. Easy enough. You don’t have to prepare for it. Just food that comes together quickly and disappears even faster when it hits the table. These Oven Baked 4-Ingredient Beef Garlic Bread Bites are perfect for that mood.

I made these first on a night when I didn’t want a full meal. I was just in the mood for something warm, a little messy and easy to share. I opened the fridge and saw some ground beef and thought of garlic bread. That was all it took to get them going.

No overthinking it. No lengthy prep. Just plain food on top of plain food. The beef cooks fast on the stove, flavoring up from garlic and seasoning. Meanwhile, the bread bakes in the oven until it is crisp at the edges but still soft in the middle. Put it all together and it’s like comfort food that doesn’t waste your time.

You get crunch from the bread, richness from the beef and that buttery garlic flavor in every bite. I put them on the table and they didn’t last long.
