Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Taco Beef

Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Taco Beef

There are nights when life feels too busy for complicated dinners, and all you want is something hearty, flavorful, and effortless. That’s exactly why I love this 3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Taco Beef. It’s a recipe that practically cooks itself while you handle everything else—perfect for busy weeknights or when you just want a comforting taco night without the fuss. In just a few minutes of prep, your slow cooker does all the work, and by dinner time, you’ll have tender, savory taco beef ready to pile into shells, nachos, or even over a baked potato. Simple, satisfying, and oh-so-delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5–2 lbs ground beef

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 1 cup salsa

Instructions:

  1. Brown the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

  2. Combine in slow cooker: Add the cooked beef, taco seasoning, and salsa to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.

  3. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours.

  4. Serve: Spoon onto taco shells, over rice, or use for nachos. Optional toppings: cheese, lettuce, sour cream, or avocado.
