There are nights when life feels too busy for complicated dinners, and all you want is something hearty, flavorful, and effortless. That’s exactly why I love this 3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Taco Beef. It’s a recipe that practically cooks itself while you handle everything else—perfect for busy weeknights or when you just want a comforting taco night without the fuss. In just a few minutes of prep, your slow cooker does all the work, and by dinner time, you’ll have tender, savory taco beef ready to pile into shells, nachos, or even over a baked potato. Simple, satisfying, and oh-so-delicious!
