1 ½ lbs ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
4–5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika (optional)
Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Brown the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with chopped onion until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.Prepare the Sauce:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.Layer in the Slow Cooker:
Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker.
Place a layer of sliced potatoes on the bottom.
Add a layer of cooked ground beef.
Sprinkle a handful of shredded cheese.
Pour some of the soup mixture over the top.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up, ending with soup and cheese on top.
