1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
3 cups mixed fresh fruit (strawberries, grapes, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, bananas, etc.)
Optional: crushed graham crackers for topping

Make the Cheesecake Mixture
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk. Beat until creamy and well blended.Fold in Whipped Topping
Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.Add the Fruit
Wash, dry, and slice your fruit as needed. Gently fold the fruit into the cheesecake mixture.Transfer to Foil Tray
Spoon the mixture into a disposable tin foil tray. Spread evenly.Chill
Cover with foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.Optional Topping
Just before serving, sprinkle with crushed graham crackers or drizzle with strawberry sauce.
