1/2 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Brown the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.Add to slow cooker:

Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 1.5–2 hours.Add pasta:
Stir in the uncooked pasta shells. Cover and cook on HIGH for 20–30 minutes, or until pasta is tender.Make it cheesy:
Stir in cheddar cheese soup, milk, and shredded cheddar. Mix until smooth and creamy. Let cook for an additional 5–10 minutes, just until heated through.Serve:
Top with extra cheese or parsley if desired. Serve warm!
Notes:
You can substitute ground turkey or sausage for the beef.
For extra richness, add a splash of heavy cream at the end.
Note:
For best results, stir the pasta once or twice during the last 30 minutes to prevent sticking. If the mixture gets too thick, just add a splash of warm broth or milk to loosen it up. Leftovers reheat beautifully — perfect for lunch the next day!
