Layer the Chicken:
Lightly spray your slow cooker with cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in the bottom. Season with a bit of salt and pepper.Add the Cheese:
Layer slices of Swiss cheese directly over the chicken.Mix the Soup & Milk:
In a small bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup and milk. Pour evenly over the cheese layer.Top with Stuffing Mix:
Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix over the top. Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing.Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours, or on high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender.Serve:
