1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Marinara or pizza sauce, for dipping
🍽️ Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into 4 equal rectangles (or circles if you prefer).
Add filling: On one half of each piece of dough, add mozzarella, ham, and a spoonful of ricotta cheese (if using). Sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.
Fold & seal: Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket. Press edges with a fork to seal.
Brush with egg wash and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve hot with warm marinara or pizza sauce for dipping!
📝 Tips:
Use crescent roll dough for a softer, buttery version.
Add sautéed onions or spinach for extra flavor.
