- 100g cheese (grated, such as mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 2 boiled eggs, chopped

- 1 egg yolk (for brushing)
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling:
- Heat a little butter in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until soft.
- Add the minced meat and cook until browned. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried basil.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Stir in grated cheese, chopped parsley, and boiled eggs. Mix well.
Prepare the Pastry:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
