Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti

  • 8 ounces (about 225g) of spaghetti
  • 8 ounces (about 225g) of cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of marinara sauce (or your favorite pasta sauce)
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh basil or parsley for garnish


  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the Spaghetti: Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until it’s al dente. Drain the spaghetti and set it aside.
