For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar (powdered sugar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed

For the Pecan Filling:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups light corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups chopped pecans


  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    • In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, confectioners’ sugar, and salt.

    • Stir in the chopped pecans.
