Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess grease. Stir in salt.
Spread the beef mixture in a greased 9-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over the beef.
In a small bowl, whisk together Bisquick, milk, and eggs until smooth.
Pour the batter over the beef and cheese.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
