Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu

Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu

If you love the classic flavors of Chicken Cordon Bleu but want an easier way to make it, this Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu is perfect! 🍗🧀🥓 Tender chicken, savory ham, and melty Swiss cheese are cooked in a creamy sauce, then topped with buttery breadcrumbs for a deliciously simple meal. Let your slow cooker do the work while you enjoy a stress-free dinner! 😋✨

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the chicken: Flatten the chicken breasts slightly. Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each, then roll them up and secure with toothpicks.
  2. Layer in slow cooker: Arrange the chicken rolls in the slow cooker.
  3. Make the sauce: In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and milk. Pour over the chicken.
  4. Add breadcrumbs: Mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
  5. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve: Remove toothpicks before serving. Enjoy!

Note: 📝 You can use provolone or mozzarella instead of Swiss cheese for a different flavor. For extra crunch, toast the breadcrumbs before adding them on top. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or a fresh salad for a complete meal! 🥔🥗
