Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 Β½ cups heavy cream (or milk)
  • 8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or spaghetti)
  • Β½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Β½ tsp salt
  • Β½ tsp black pepper
  • ΒΌ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the beef – In a large pot or skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Add garlic and butter – Stir in the butter and minced garlic, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add liquids & pasta – Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, then add the pasta. Stir well and bring to a gentle boil.
  4. Simmer – Reduce heat to low and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender (about 12-15 minutes).
  5. Finish with cheese – Stir in the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  6. Serve & enjoy – Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve hot!
