Looking for a no-fuss dinner with big flavor? These Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Pork Chops are the perfect answer! With just 4 simple ingredients and minimal prep, you’ll have tender, juicy pork chops coated in a sweet and savory sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights or lazy weekends — just set it and forget it!
Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops
½ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced (or 1½ tsp garlic powder)
Instructions:
Mix Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
Layer Pork Chops: Place pork chops in the slow cooker in a single layer.
Pour Sauce: Pour the honey garlic mixture over the pork chops.
Cook:
Low for 6–7 hours
OR High for 3–4 hours
(Until tender and cooked through)
Optional: For extra flavor, spoon sauce over the chops before serving or thicken it with a little cornstarch slurry on the stovetop.
Serve with: Mashed potatoes, steamed rice, or roasted veggies.
Note:
For best results, avoid overcooking the pork chops—check for doneness around the minimum cook time. If you prefer a thicker sauce, remove some liquid near the end of cooking and simmer it on the stove with a cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water) until it thickens, then pour it back over the chops.
