Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (or thinly sliced steak)

  • 1 bag low-carb bowtie pasta (such as Great Low Carb Bread Co. or ImPASTA – cooked according to package)

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Remove excess grease if needed and set aside.

  2. Make the Alfredo sauce
In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan cheese. Let it cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring, until thickened.

  3. Combine everything
Add the cooked beef and drained low-carb bowtie pasta into the Alfredo sauce. Stir until everything is well coated and heated through.

  4. Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

🔁 Optional Add-ins:

  • Sautéed mushrooms or spinach

  • Crushed red pepper for heat

  • A sprinkle of mozzarella on top and broil for 2 minutes
