2 large chicken breasts, halved horizontally (to make 4 cutlets)
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
3–4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Herb cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
🔥 Instructions:
Prep the Chicken
Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper on both sides.Sear the Chicken
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any brown bits.Add Boursin & Cream
Lower heat and stir in Boursin cheese until melted and smooth.
Stir in heavy cream and Italian seasoning (if using). Let simmer for 2–3 minutes to thicken slightly.Combine & Serve
Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
Simmer for another 2–3 minutes to heat through.
