There was nothing better than coming home from school to the smell of something sweet baking in the oven. One of my favorite memories is walking into the kitchen to find this rich, gooey Peanut Butter Cup Dump Cake waiting for me—fresh out of the oven and full of melty, chocolatey goodness. My mom always had a way of turning simple ingredients into something special, and this cake quickly became a family favorite. It’s incredibly easy to make, packed with peanut butter cups, and perfect for creating your own sweet traditions.
Ingredients
1 box (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix
1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
1¾ cups milk
1½ cups chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix the pudding and milk in a large bowl until smooth.
Add the cake mix to the pudding mixture and stir until well combined. The batter will be thick!
Fold in 1 cup of the chopped peanut butter cups.
Pour into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of chopped candy on top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool slightly and serve warm. For extra indulgence, top with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, or a drizzle of melted peanut butter or chocolate syrup.
