Ingredients:
1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium if preferred)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp vegetable oil (or sesame oil)
1 bell pepper (green or red), sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp black pepper
¼ cup beef broth or water

Sesame seeds

Instructions:
Marinate the beef:
In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it sit for 15–20 minutes.Cook the beef:
Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add beef and sear for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.Stir-fry veggies:
In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed. Stir-fry onion and bell pepper for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender. Add garlic and stir for another 30 seconds.Combine and sauce it up:
Return beef to the pan. Add black pepper and pour in the beef broth. Stir everything together and cook for another 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and everything is heated through.Serve:
