Ingredients:
1 fully cooked bone-in ham (about 6β8 lbs)
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves (optional)
Instructions:
Prep the Ham
Place the ham in the slow cooker, flat side down. Trim excess fat if needed.Make the Glaze
In a bowl, whisk together honey, both mustards, brown sugar, vinegar, and cloves (if using).Pour & Coat
Pour the glaze over the ham, making sure to coat it well. Use a brush or spoon to spread it around if needed.Cook Low & Slow
Cover and cook on LOW for 4β6 hours (or until heated through). Baste with the juices occasionally if you can.Optional Finish
For a caramelized top, place the ham under the broiler for 5β10 minutes after slow cooking. Just watch it closely!Serve
