It takes all the creamy π§, cheesy π·, savory goodness of the original dish and packs it into a juicy, flavor-packed meatloaf π. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground chicken
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
6 slices deli ham
6 slices Swiss cheese (or mozzarella)
For the topping (optional but tasty):
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp mayo
1/4 cup shredded Swiss or mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment or grease well.
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, and seasonings. Mix until just combined.
Spread half of the chicken mixture into the bottom of the loaf pan. Press it down evenly.
Layer ham slices on top, then the cheese slices.
Top with the remaining chicken mixture and smooth the top.
Mix mustard and mayo together and spread it over the meatloaf (optional), then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake uncovered for 45β55 minutes, or until cooked through (internal temp should reach 165Β°F/74Β°C).
Let rest for 5β10 minutes before slicing.
