Ingredients:

  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 lb fresh or canned green beans, drained if canned
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving about 1 tbsp bacon grease in the pan.
  2. Sauté the potatoes in the bacon grease for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften.
  3. Add green beans, butter, and seasonings (ranch mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper). Stir well to coat everything.
  4. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the beans are tender and the potatoes are fully cooked.
  5. Stir in the crispy bacon, mix well, and serve hot.

Note: For extra flavor, try using smoked paprika or red pepper flakes for a little kick. If using canned green beans, drain them well to avoid excess moisture. Want a cheesy twist? Sprinkle shredded cheddar or Parmesan on top before serving!
