Melt-in-your-mouth chicken

Sure! Here’s a recipe for melt-in-your-mouth chicken:

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, coating both sides evenly. Shake off any excess flour.
  5. In a large oven-safe skillet or frying pan, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  6. Place the coated chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. This helps seal in the juices and adds a nice crust.
  7. Once both sides are browned, transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

  1. Remove the skillet from the oven and transfer the chicken breasts to a plate. Cover them loosely with foil to keep them warm.
  2. Place the skillet back on the stove over medium heat. Add the chicken broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
  4. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, coating them with the creamy sauce.
  5. Serve the melt-in-your-mouth chicken with the sauce spooned over the top. It pairs well with mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed vegetables.

Enjoy your delicious melt-in-your-mouth chicken!
