Paula Deen in 5 Minutes Fudge

Here’s a quick recipe for Paula Deen’s 5-Minute Fudge:

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Prepare a 9×9-inch baking dish by lining it with aluminum foil and spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  3. Microwave the mixture on high for 1 minute. Remove from the microwave and stir well.
  4. If the chocolate chips are not fully melted, microwave the mixture for an additional 15-30 seconds and stir again. Repeat this process until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  5. Once the mixture is smooth, stir in the chopped nuts (if using) and vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

  1. Let the fudge cool at room temperature until it is set, usually for about 2 hours. You can also place it in the refrigerator to speed up the cooling process.
  2. Once the fudge is set, lift it out of the baking dish using the aluminum foil. Peel off the foil and cut the fudge into squares or desired shapes.
  3. Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

That’s it! You now have Paula Deen’s 5-Minute Fudge ready to enjoy.
