Sure, here’s a recipe for your favorite cabbage casserole!

  • 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the chopped cabbage with the beef and tomato mixture until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

  1. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.
  3. Return the dish to the oven and bake, uncovered, for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
  5. Enjoy!
