Apple Fritter Cake is a delicious dessert that combines the flavors of apples, cinnamon, and sugar in a moist and tender cake. Here’s a recipe to prepare it:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 medium-sized apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch square baking pan.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter and granulated sugar until creamy and light in color.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Mix in the vanilla extract.
