Here is a simple recipe for Soupe Potatoes and Chicken:
Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken breasts to the pot and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the pot and set it aside on a plate.
