  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

  2. Take your pie crust and place it into a 9-inch pie dish. Press the crust down into the dish, making sure it is evenly distributed.
