Ingredients:
- 2 (3.4 oz) packages of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups of milk
- 1 (8 oz) container of whipped topping
- 1 (14 oz) package of graham crackers
- 1 can of chocolate frosting
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, arrange a single layer of graham crackers, breaking them into smaller pieces if necessary to fit.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers.
- Place another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding mixture, followed by the remaining pudding mixture.
- Add a final layer of graham crackers on top.
- Microwave the can of chocolate frosting for 30 seconds to soften it, then spread it evenly over the top layer of graham crackers.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the graham crackers to soften and the pudding mixture to set.
- Before serving, slice into squares and enjoy!
Note: For an extra decadent touch, you can also sprinkle chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips on top of the chocolate frosting layer.
