Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs

- 1 cup boiling water
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch (23cm) round cake pans or line them with parchment paper.
