  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package directions. Drain them and rinse with cold water to cool them down.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix well.
  4. Spoon the cheese mixture into each cooked pasta shell until they’re filled to the brim.
  5. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.

  1. Arrange the stuffed shells on top of the sauce in the baking dish.
  2. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, making sure to cover them completely.
  3. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
