Creamy Bacon Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices of bacon, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add bacon and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove bacon from skillet and set aside.
  4. Add garlic and onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.

  1. Pour chicken broth into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook until the liquid has reduced by half, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Return chicken and bacon to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the chicken. Reduce the heat to low and let the chicken simmer in the sauce for 5-7 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley. Enjoy your Creamy Bacon Chicken!
