Broccoli salad

Broccoli salad is a healthy and delicious dish that’s easy to make. Here’s a recipe that you can follow:


  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped into small florets
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, sliced red onion, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, and crumbled feta cheese.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli salad and toss until all ingredients are evenly coated.

  1. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
