Chicken and Potatoes with Garlic Parmesan

Here’s a recipe for Chicken and Potatoes with Garlic Parmesan:


  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped into small cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the chopped potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly with the seasoning.
  3. Arrange the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a large baking sheet or roasting pan.

  1. Place the chicken thighs on top of the potatoes, skin-side up.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast the chicken and potatoes in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
