Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole is a delicious and indulgent pasta dish that’s perfect for feeding a crowd. Here’s a recipe to help you prepare it:

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.

  1. Add the marinara sauce and diced tomatoes to the skillet and stir to combine. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes, then remove it from the heat.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, cream cheese, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Spread half of the spaghetti in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Top with half of the meat sauce.
  4. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the meat sauce and spread it evenly. Top with the remaining spaghetti and then the remaining meat sauce.

  1. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the casserole.
  2. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  3. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
