Ingredients:
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add the marinara sauce and diced tomatoes to the skillet and stir to combine. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes, then remove it from the heat.
