Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4-6 hoagie rolls
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Roll the meat mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs in a large baking dish, and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
