Sausage Cheese Balls
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese freshly shredded
1 pound ground pork sausage
2 cups biscuit baking mix
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon dried chives
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the freshly shredded cheddar cheese, ground sausage, biscuit baking mix, milk, and chives.
Form the dough into 24 balls and place on a large baking sheet.
Bake the sausage balls at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and the sausage is fully cooked. Serve hot.
