8oz softened Cream Cheese
8 oz chopped deli Corned Beef
1 cup shredded Swiss Cheese
1/2 cup drained Sauerkraut
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Thousand Island Dressing
Choice of Crackers or Party Rye Squares
Mix all in bowl, spread in sprayed pie pan.
Bake @400°F 15-20 minutes
Parsley to garnish if desired.
Crockpot~ mix all and cook on high 2-3 hours or 4-6 hours on low.
