Ingredients :
° 1 8-ounce can cream cheese (diluted)
° 1 cup powdered sugar
° 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
° 1 8-ounce bowl shake, like the Cool Whip
° 1/2 cup granulated sugar
° 1/2 cup melted butter
° 20 Graham biscuits, crushed
°1/4 cup grated coconut
° 1/4 cup diced pineapple (drained)
Directions :
In a medium mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese with an electric mixer until the mixture is slightly fluffy
Gradually add powdered sugar, and mix until well combined
Mix into the whisk mixture and beat until fluffy
Using a spoon, fold the mashed pineapple, then set aside
In a small mixing bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well blended, then put the mixture into a 9 x 9 baking dish
Pour the filling over the crust and mix with a spoon until homogeneous
Top it with grated coconut and chopped pineapple, and put it in the fridge for two hours or until it becomes firm.
